Passive Low Energy Architecture Conference 2017

Biblioteca Sant Antoni, Barcelona - RCR Arquitectes
The Bliblioteca Sant Antoni is one of my favourite buildings in Barcelona. The building is mixed use, a library at the front connects with a childrens' kindergarten school at the back.
One would think that the two functions would be acoustically incompatible, but the reality is that the levels on noise in the library are no different from any other urban library and it's a refreshing break to go out to the courtyard and watch the chaos ensue.
Danmarks Nationalbank, Copenhagen - Arne Jacobsen
The magic of Arne Jacobsen, the photos do not do just to this amazing space and the incredible way he uses light to create drama.
Australia
Visiting Adelaide and Melbourne in 2017. Some interesting studies in urban planning
Venice
A weeks holiday to Venice, taking in the Architecture Bienalle
